Craig Hopper

Craig specializes in probate and estate planning law, and he is board certified in these practice areas.  He represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in estates of all sizes, and he can often be found advocating for his clients in the courtroom on various matters. Craig has focused exclusively in the areas of probate and estate planning law since serving as Law Clerk for the Hon. Guy Herman of Travis County Probate Court No. 1. Craig is listed in The Best Lawyers in America, and is a frequent author and speaker at continuing legal and judicial education programs.  He also serves as a mediator for complex probate and guardianship disputes.
