Brian is a partner of Hopper Mikeska, PLLC. He focuses his practice on probate, guardianship, and other fiduciary litigation. Before joining Hopper Mikeska, PLLC, Brian was a partner at the firm of McGinnis, Lochridge and Kilgore, LLP, in Austin and concentrated his work in the firm’s Personal Injury and Wrongful Death and Financial Services practice groups.
